As the current Chief Scout and now the first Chief Ambassador of World Scouting, Bear Grylls would have valued this principle of preparation, even if it hadn't been drilled into him in the military. There he was taught that failing to plan is the same as planning to fail, and so neither in the wilderness, nor in civilisation is time spent in preparation wasted. If you prepare well for a business, you give success a fighting chance.

Our level of preparation is thorough; diving-deep into your requirements and understanding the goals you’d like to achieve. They can range from developing leadership skills amongst graduates, to bringing teams together from your offices across the globe.

Among the thrills, we can create truly wild experiences where your team will be asked to abseil down 100ft cliff-faces, and work together to cross rivers safely. A full 24 hours of survival will certainly bring your team together in a unique way that only shared experiences can do.

Alternatively, we can work with you to provide a half or full day survival package at a venue that’s close to your offices. We’ll assist you in picking the best activities that will utilise the skills you’re looking to develop and again, work on those essential preparation skills. A firm favourite is the “Stranded” Survival Scenario, that includes the much-loved activity of fire-lighting. The crucial aspect that our lead instructor will repeat for a successful fire is “preparation, preparation, preparation”. As a tip - make sure to have all of your kindling and firewood prepared before you create a single spark.
