Over one intense, unforgettable day and night, you’ll be led into the wilderness by highly trained Bear Grylls experts for a real survival challenge – not a boot camp, not a casual nature walk.

Across 24 hours you will:

  • Learn real survival skills: build and light fires, purify water, construct emergency shelters, and use a knife safely for survival.
  • Navigate harsh terrain: find your way by day and night, cross lakes and rivers, and tackle steep, challenging ground using ropes and harnesses.
  • Forage and fend for yourself: identify animal runs, set snares and traps, and understand how to find food when resources are limited.
  • Test your mindset and resilience: you’ll receive limited food and water; the rest is up to your resourcefulness, determination and team spirit.
  • Bond as a family or team: designed for ages 8–70, this is a powerful shared experience – you’ll be amazed how much you can learn together in just 24 hours.

This taster of “as seen on TV” survival has been created by Bear Grylls and his close team of experts and is delivered in the wild around Bangalore (Jan 2026 – Mar 2027, limited availability). Each location brings its own forests, wildlife and terrain, making every course unique.

Places are strictly limited to 16 participants per course, and participants must be reasonably fit and healthy to get the most from the challenge.

On successful completion, you’ll walk away with:

  • A Bear Grylls Survival Academy badge, certificate and buff
  • Hard‑won survival skills and self‑reliance
  • A story you’ll be telling for the rest of your life

Challenge fee: £250 per participant
Includes overnight shelter accommodation, food & water, kit during the course and all fieldwork & instruction.
