Rachel Hill

Rachel heads up all operations for the smooth running of the academy, its partners and affiliates. She works closely with the Corporate Events team, nurturing relationships with third party companies, event agencies and venues to deliver the most exciting and challenging team building activities in the industry. Having been with the Academy from its inception in 2012, Rachel has been across all departments within BGSA and has travelled the globe in search of new places for not only the survival courses but also for remote locations and accessible venues to run very special bespoke events.

Some events can be rather dull, cringeworthy and forgettable, but our team building and bespoke events have the power to inspire people who not only remember the skills learnt, but will transfer them into the workplace too”
